Return Eligibility

- Include all original packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To begin a return, reach out to us at info@manchester-fashion.com or through the contact form on our website. If approved, we’ll send you details on where and how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the issue and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at info@manchester-fashion.com with photos right away. Our team will promptly evaluate the problem and ensure it’s resolved, including sending a replacement when applicable.
To avoid any confusion, the following are not considered defective or eligible for returns based on quality issues:
- Fabric details: Loose threads, raw edges, variations in thickness or texture, and color differences caused by monitor display are not regarded as defects.
- Style and preference: Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference are not considered quality problems.
- Damage after purchase: Any damage caused by use, washing, improper care, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors is not treated as a quality issue.
- Sizing: Please consult our sizing chart when making your purchase. While our service team can provide recommendations, returns due to sizing concerns are not considered quality issues.
- Design variations: Because of differences in design and style, slight measurement variations may exist between items of the same size. Please rely on the actual measurements provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Sale items can be returned, but refunds will be issued as store credit, not to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, our quick processing prevents cancellations. If you need to cancel later, wait for your order to arrive and follow the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds for non-sale items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items will receive store credit. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
